All products are made per order.  Lead time is usually 5-10 working days.  We do try our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Yes, all our stickers are waterproof and microwave safe.

You are welcome to collect your parcel in Brackenfell Cape Town when ready, or you can make use of our courier option.  We make use of The Courier Guy.  

Wall art can only be applied on clean, smooth surfaces.  For textured walls we would rather recommend lasercutting products.

You can also apply our vinyl products on shower doors, tiles, cars, basically any surface which is clean and smooth.

Reference your paint manufacturer’s instructions for actual curing time of the paint. We advise to give it an extra week or two before you apply your decal just to be sure that the paint has cured.

If removing from a wall, simply lift the edge and roll the decal backwards against the wall.  You can also soften the glue by heating the vinyl with a hairdryer.  It might be necessary to wash the wall with a soapy cloth to remove any excess glue.

Unfortunately the wall art will not be able to stick to another surface after it has been removed.

You do receive instructions with your wall art to make it easier for you.  It really is very easy.  For fine detailed wall arts you just need to be patient when applying.

Unfortunately we only print on satin and petersham.

For custom prints we do need to know the size as well as see the artwork to be able to quote.

For ribbon printing the minimum order is 4 meters.
